We want you to love your purchase! If you change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: In its original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Final Sale: Sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized products cannot be returned. See Final Sale Items.
How to Return Your Item
- Request a Return: Email us at thesavvybrunetteshoppe@yahoo.com with your order number.
- Ship Your Package: Once approved, mail your package to the return address provided by our team.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund automatically back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to clear into your account.
